a) Design Input
The customer provides a sample, 3D drawing (STP/STL), or design concept.

b) Blow-Molding Assessment & 3D Development
We evaluate the design for blow molding and provide a 3D file for customer approval.
Approx. 7 days

c) Mold Development
Production mold is developed based on the approved design.
Approx. 30 days

d) Pre-Production Sample
A production sample is made for customer approval.
Approx. 3 days

e) Mass Production
Full-scale production begins after sample approval.
Approx. 21 days
